There are two (2) forms that need to be completed: 1. Life Teen Participant Agreement, 2. Camp Eagles Wings Liability Waiver, details below).

Summer Camp General Information
The video below has some general information about Life teen Summer Camp. You can click on the “Info Packet” button to view/download more specific information about Camp Wild Sky. If you would like to make a payment toward your balance, click on the “Make Payments” button. Be sure to add “Summer Camp” in the memo when making any payments.
Wild Sky Away Day:
Each of Life Teen Summer Camp locations has an “away day”. The activities for the away day will are canoeing/kayaking, repel wall, hiking and rock climbing.
