Online registration for the 2025/2026 Faith Formation year can be done digitally, or if you prefer, you can download and print a hard copy of the form. All links are on the right (desktop) or below (mobile). Printed forms can be turned in to the Faith Formation office. Once the online form is submitted, you will be directed to the payment portal. If you cannot make payment at the time of registration, you can close the page and contact the office to make payment arrangements. You can also come back to this page and click the “Make Payment” button any time.
